Most of the Time Rain Comes & suddenly going to NO SIGNAL in DD Direct + DTH Service but after Some Time it got restored

Rain disturbance is a problem common to all DTH platforms.

Being dish providers weather like sun & rain cause outage problems.

I think this is the only downside of DTH, but its good it doesnt rain too often! But always rains and disturbances occur when something good is coming on tv

Agreed! pre-schedule recording can help in such a case.
