Rep Power: 1 | It's been exactly 7 days since I got this installed & there's no picture on the TV any more.All it says is 'Contact Customer care on xxx'.But when I got it installed ,I paid for 3 months for Platinum pack in advance.The CC exec told me to remove the VC & put it back in again but I don't believe he's telling the truth.Is this right or do I need to contact CC again ? The VC cover says that there's a "free preview for 7 days & please contact CC to upgrade package." So wat do I do now? Thanx to all the experts in advance. |
