dishtv, India’s first and the largest direct-to-home service and part of the biggest media conglomerate, Zee Group today announced the Premiere of the latest Bollywood Blockbuster – Fashion and Hollywood Blockbuster Hancock on Indian Television, DTH premiere of A Wednesday & Da Vinchi Code and soon to be released DEV D over their Premiere Channel on Movie-on-Demand (MoD) service within 3 weeks of its theatrical release.

Dev-D: Starring Abhay Deol. Dev D is releasing in theatre on Feb 6, and it will be available on Dishtv within just 3 weeks of theatrical release.


Through MoD, dishtv subscribers can order any movie from their movie library which includes movies from Bollywood, Hollywood and Regional Indian cinema including Tamil, Telugu and Kannada. dishtv subscribers can order the movie through IVR/Phone, SMS, or by logging onto »DishTV - India's first DTH Entertainment Digital Picture and Satellite TV Services India, which authorizes them to view the movie - multiple times, at a time of their convenience within 24 hours. The subscribers can enjoy the movies ordered at their own convenience in the theatre like experience with true digital picture quality!

the link you provided is not working.

DTH services do offer new movies on movie on demand channels but those movies are generally flop/unpopular ones. i dont think a successful movie like DEV.D is going to be shown soon. can you plz confirm the source of the news.

Dev D is a very good movie indeed and it's good for all dishtv viewers that it will available on dishtv with in 2-3 weeks of launch in cinema hall. Menas lot of new movies has been shown on movie on demand in dishtv in last few months.

The funniest part in your post is the link you have given i.e dishtv.in is not working just before writing your reply message. at least you should have checked it before posting.
