Aap ke message sa pata chalta hai ki app angreji aaram se nahi bol sakte, krupiya aap kI takleefe hindi me hi bolie, mujh se jo hosakta hai wo me karoonga.

you can take the serial numbers of th STB's & VC to your nearest distributor and ask him to activate them, you will have to produce the documents which you give at the time of taking a new connection.
and if the VC's are out of date ie expired then try and get replacement of VC as the same can not be used again,.

Dealer id mein yahan se nahi bhej sakta hu, wo id sirf aapko tabhi milta hai jab aap Dish TV company se dealership lenge aur mein yaha se dealership id leke aap ko nahi desakta hu, aap aapki nazdeeki distributor ke paas jaiea aur dealer banjaiea to aap ko id mil jayega.

Hmm..so Many DTH connections are sold illegally in pakistan. :S I even saw a website of dishtv copied exactly by some loafer.
I would suggest pakistani friends to try with Dubai Links to do your recharge and other things.India Se Aap Ko Madad Milna Mushkil He -DTH recharge karne ke liye. So ,please try with gulf/dubai contacts.
yes from India recharging for other contries is very difficult... you need lot of privilages for that. Better try gulf contries itself
