Default Dish TV - Is it problematic?

One of the dealer in Bangalore says that Dish TV has bad Customer Service. Need to call STD lines during any problems, Recharge Vouchers not available in any part of Bangalore, etc! So he tells that I should go for any other dth like Tatasky, Reliance, Airtel, Sun, etc.

    Is that true?

Unfortunately I can't find any of the other dth seem like fulfilling my channel list!

If that is the case, then I can't go for dth and should stick to local cable service!

Can someone clarify about this? Are recharge coupons available in Bangalore or is there any other method to recharge? I don't want to get into any worries regarding this as my local cable guy just comes once in a month and collects his money.

There are 7 different ways of recharging ur DishTV account

I would advice you to find out and visit the main dealer of DishTV in your city , he will tell you if all these things are true and if you face any problems he will def send people quickly. I am using DishTV and had no problems and i recharge online using the debit card pay method .
The smaller dealers sometimes have their own agendas .

In large cities such as Bangalore, DishTV also has a customer center who can come and pick up a cheque for collection if the payment is for six months or above.

Besides, DishTV used ITZ coupons for recharging. They are widely available at all dealers.

I am a DishTV customer for over 2 years now. I have been using the dealer to charge my account from time to time. All I do is pay him the cheque. Once I also used to website to pay using credit card.

Well That's not true. Customer service in Dishtv is quite good Further they have toll free number as well. and their might be a case that dealer is running out of stock of recharge vouchers. other wise its well available in the market.

Further they have many other ways of recharging dishtv, through online via credit cards, ITZ cards, cheque, cash, DD and many other. and also in big cities they also have a facility for home pick where they can come and collect payment via cash and cheque. My advice is visit to any main dealer in bangalore.

Never tried that. But no reason why it should not be if the services are proper.
