Dishtv replaces their old website with the new one and the new website is much more attractive and catchy. The new website is more user friendly and easy to navigate.

My belief is DishTV offers the best value for money. Subscribe to the annual Titanium pack (Rs. 3617 + tax = Rs. 3990) and enjoy all the standard channels + one regional bouquet.

Things that I don't like about DishTV are:

STB interface is not up to the mark
a) To change the channel, you have to enter the channel number quickly (within 2 seconds). Else it recognizes partial input and changes to channel 049.
b) There is a one second delay (freeze) before the channel changes.
c) When you change channels, the channel display does not show accurate program info. It is often outdated or shows "No information available".
d) Programme guide is not updated many times.
e) Many times it shows an email icon on the channel display but in reality there is no new message.

(Also, Neo Sports/Cricket is not available on DishTV).

In my opinion, TataSky offers a much better STB user interface. But the TS remote buttons are prone to complete blur out after significant use. My friend's TS remote buttons have no numbers or letters left.

Well At present Dishtv is the best buy among all the DTH available in the market.

1. Most Economical Package - Annual Titanium Pack (Rs.3617+ Tax) = Best and Unmatched in all DTH .

2. Maximum No. of channels (240).

3. Good and economical packages and add-on packs.

4. Channels navigation is smooth and fast as compared with other DTH.

5. Swap button is their on the remote to switch between 2 channels.

6. Light and very good remote.

7. STB and other hardwae is good , till now haven't faced any problem with the STB.

8. Interface is good.
