i heard that dish dth is the best for villages?

if not which one is the best to buy in villages?

I dont know that for sure, but I far as I know or understand I dont think any particular DTH is better for villages or cities!

It all depends upon the support.

For the village folk, they will find it a little difficult to call the support number and talk to a CC representative. The small town/village folk will mostly depend upon the local support.

Similarly for recharge, the villagers may not be able to use the ITZ cash card. Credit card and/or bank transfer is a total alien world. So they will depend upon the local man.

It will be important the local dealer is able to address these problems.

So whoever is able to provide these services, that will be the choice of DTH. Other than that, the factor where DishTV scores is the lower package cost.

It is hard to find efficient dealers with good service in rural areas whereas the sale of Dth in rural location totally depends on the efficiency of the dealers.

how to chnage silver pack to gold pack

@ mann.jatt - you would need to contact customer service and ask them to change you pack, or you could probably go to the Dish tv site and make changes from there by logging in, or registering yourself first if you have not done so.

There are a lot of DTH channels which dont show a channel or two! And when it comes to the best DTH it doesnt necessary mean that they have every single channel, according to gadget2011 the best for him for villages may mean, availability, quality, customer service etc!

Village people do not care about Neo channels.

You forgot that there is a question mark at the end. So the thread starter is not saying that DishTV is the best; rather he is asking whether it is the best.

But yes, he could have added the suffix as "for villages".

Distribution in the villages is a very difficult task especially when it comes to customer service. Co. has to highly depend on local trusted dealers.

I am using dishtv for the past two years. I am living in a village and I have got portable assembled TV which I got it before about 10 years. The picture quality what I am receiving is amazing. I am so happy to say that Dishtv is the best. But I have some regrets. They offer a lot of Hindi channels. We don't like Hindi channels in South India. As far as about the package SunDTH is the best. If Dishtv people cahnge their package in an attractive way they will be the No 1 in India.

Remote villages are difficult to penetrate this includes most of the northern region for DTH there has been good concentration in the South and also South channels. The package provided by each provider will be different so there is no such thing as best package well thats what packages are to choose from.

all over the country the only dth provider youll find in villages is dishtv

Yes as i am in tehsil but now a sub-district but dishtv is available here and all in villages and only one dth service you will find here in my sub-district in jammu is dishtv because their service engineers,dealers are in every town and city and their customer service is also good.

Thats true no DTH operator provides each and every channel, as of availability DishTV might be having their presence in villages but I do not approve of their customer service.
