Don't go by the fake claims that Dish TV starts service within 24 hours of placing the order. I ordered the dish connection on a Saturday, the person came to install the dish and the box on Tuesday - that's 3 days and the activation takes another 24 hours - that is the time required by the installation guy to submit the form to Dish and them to activate the service.
I have also written to their customer care - You get a standard reply that they will revert within 24 hours...
Now if they have 24 hrs response time for each and every transaction, isn't it pathetic.... Have anyone faced similar problems?
I hope they will not frustrate me further with their 'customer care' right from the beginning...
