Thread: Dish TV needs to resolve these SERIOUS ISSUES urgently !!!!

1. Channel sorting: Many channels are placed in wrong category.

2. Menu: All channel categories should be visible at once in screen.

3. Software: It is slow while changing channels, urgent upgrade is needed.

4. Mosaic screens: Mosaic/Multi screen service like Active cinema, Active Music should be re-launched with improved features.

5. Logo: Logo should be smaller and translucent.

Agreed on all points. On top of this, when channel is changed, many times current program information is missing.

They also have bad customer service team whom can these issue be addressed to?

There is also sometimes a lag when you press the remote continuously....

Lag started when my STB received an update nearly 8-9 months ago.

In 06-07 there was almost 0 loading time, now since many months it10-40 seconds to load.
it's really annoying.

Should not call "Unscaled channel" HD (ZeeTV HD, Zee Cenema HD and some occasional sport channel). These are not even 16:9.
