I am an old Dish TV customer for the last six years in Saket, Delhi. My VC no 01504188889 and I have a Platinum package. On last Saturday (Mar 12, 2011) I rang up customer care and told them I was not getting MTV, Sony, Ten Sports, Star Gold, Filmy Cartoon Network and Disney channels. They gave me the Comp No 55603378. On Monday, their technician one rahul Singh came, spent nearly 2 hours with his 3 interns and declared there was alignment problem in the Zenega STB. He took away the STB alongwith the VC card to be sent to the workshop, without the least providing any alternate STB so that we could watch Dish TV uninterruptedly. On Tuesday, the idiots sent me an SMS on 9811210204 saying my complaint is solved. I rang up their CC again and they gave me a fresh Comp No 55796496. Since then I got only one call from Malaviya Nagar asking about my complaint, whereas it shd have been the other way round. They shd have been telling me when I would get my STB. I am still awaiting their response. I am not going to ring up their CC any more. I will wait for them to return with my repaired STB and restore the connection. If they continue this delay, I will discontinue Dish TV subscription which is, in any way renewable in June, and in the meanwhile, I shall opt for Tata Sky Plus HD.![]()
