    it varies from place to place dude. What is sweet for me can be bitter to you. I am using reliance wimax 600kbps and I get around 200-300kbps download. I live in Mumbai. No issues so far.

    It also depends on how much you are willing to spend. BSNL's UL750+ plan (not UL750) is the cheapest plan amongst all vendors. Airtel had Home 888 plan which I believe has been withdrawn.

    If you are not satisfied with speed, you could switch to UL1350+ (512 kbps) but it will cost Rs. 1350 + tax per month.

    hai friend,

    i am also using same but ul 750 + , i think this connection is better for normal users at this price.....also you can use airtel mobile threw broadband connection(mobile office) , it's so cheaper and slow speed monthly only 374/- speed too slow, but you can use in laptop, when your outside(travelling time)

    Best UL plan....Go for either Airtel or BSNL...First find out whether Airtel is available in your area,if not then go for BSNL...

    The 256 Kbps & 512 Kbps plan in Airtel & BSNL costs almost the same (+/- Rs 50)...

    Reliance 999 unlimited for 400 kbps...or 799 unlimited for 300 kbps.
    The great things is that both your upload & download speed are 400 kbps...which effectivelt gives you double bandwidth.
    Great to use if you download through torrent.

    @allyrocky
    If you are willing to spend 1.5k for BB then definitely i will recommend you to go with Airtel BB 512 kbps Unlimited for 1499/- as it offers great connectivity with rock solid stability, as i am using Airtel BB thats why i said

    i am really satisfied with the tata indicom UL connection i am using ... 384 kbps ... the speed is always constant ... can anyone suggest any higher speed unlimited connection of any ISP for about a monthly charge of 800 ... consider 800 as the monthly charge when recharging for a 6month or 12 month period coupon ... they cost a bit less ...
