Thread: please suggest a good plan from any isp

hi frnds and ibf members

i have a frnd, he is a total newbie and wants to get a net conncetion, but he doesn't want to spent a lot on the initial charges and monthly rental.

so he asked for my help, i suggested him bsnl 500c, but he feels the initital charges are bit too much ( 500+1250+500+166+tax)

so , colud u guys suggest him another plan from another isp , plzzzz

BSNL will always take a security deposit. Worse, if you are applying for a new telephone line with BB, there are two deposits to pay - one for landline and other for BB. Good thing is that deposit is refundable when connection is surrendered.

There is Airtel where the secuity deposit is low but plans are slightly expensive. But Airtel may not be available in all 2/3 tier towns.
