Thread: guys help me out

I am new in this forum...currently i am using TATA 256kbps UL plan.When i took the plan i ws getting aroung 32KBps speed but recently it has reduced to ~20 KBps.
I want to change my ISP. Pls suggest me a good ISP from MNTL, Airtel, Reliance.
I am from Mumbai and looking for 256 Kbps or more UL plan...

Try Airtel or MTNL. If neither is available go for Reliance.

I'd suggest Airtel, Bsnl is a complete no-no.Strange to hear smfin like this from a tata provider, the'yre ussually very good at their services

BSNL is the best when it comes to speed customer care maybe a problem... govt should do something in this regard coz if they want the quality can go to hieghts with the infrastructure..

Whereas Airtel is little exp but good customer care

As far as ive experienced...out of both the airtel and bsnl 2mbps conn. I never had a moment with airtel where my dl speeds dropped below 220 but with bsnl i rarely shot 190 so i hve no idea why you would say bsnl for speed

which city r u from? tata indicom provides dedicated connections so there is no chance of speed getting low coz of increasing users ... i think u should stick with tata and consult their support service for the speed problem u r facing

If the OP is still interested...I would suggest reliance.
I ahve been using it for 16 months now & speeds have always been stable.
For 799 per month you can get 300 kbps unlimited.
Airtel is not available in Mumbai yet.

like one of the users posted in another thread ... this problem always comes down to the kind of service provided by different isps in ur area ...
