already got BSNL. Also enrolled for TATA now.
In TATA , there is no Initial investment like BSNL....
It depends...if ur thinking cost Bsnl is the way...but i wouldn't bank on it for performance or support...
Out of the 3 you mentioned...BSNL...low cost & good speed.Never used it actually coz its not in my town but heard so from my friends elsewhere.
Go for Airtel its the best if its available at your place!! as it simply provides the best in class service!
I have used lot of ISP... sify, hathway, reliance, You, tata indicom and now BSNL...
BSNL is good... no disconnections...
good speed top..
whats ur emphasis?
Low Cost? > BSNL
Good Service? > Airtel
airtel and bsnl r both were good although im using bsnl......
I would vote up for BSNL too![]()
BSNl is cheap. But the customer service is really bad. It is OK as long as things are working but if you encounter a problem, don't expect it to be set right soon. That way Tata Indicom is better. Customer support is good. They promise to ated within 24 hourrs and very often they do it even earlier. What I appreciate most is the follow up enquiry - to find out whether things have been set right. You can hardly expect all this from BSNL. I have had a bitter experience with BSNL in my college. So I chose Tata Indicom for my home
That might not be the case everywhere. Personally I had very bad experience with BSNL in pune. But I took BSNL BB when I was bangalore as well now (in chennai). Their customer service has been good. The line never got dropped anywhere and even if it got dropped, the issue was resolved within 24 - 48 hours. They also call you on your landline to check up if the problem was resolved. I guess the service factor, is upto the individual employees of each branch.
Couple of months LMAO!! it will take more than that and there is no doubt in that even you are living in a city/state which is very well developed
As i am living in Bangalore and even then i didnt got my BSNL connection till date i applied for it monthsssss ago!!!
My 500/- rs got wasted in this shi*
Large fonts wont help with faster reply.... But I think you've posted it in the wrong forum. In BSNL forum most people will vote for BSNL. So post it under proper category : DSL Broadband Service Providers
AIrtel - The best but expensive!
BSNL - The Value for MOney deal
east or west bsnl is the best.
go for bsnl broadband
it is not only cost-effective but also cost-instataneous
BSNL CC is good if u know where to contact when a problem arise. Instead of following the usual methods taken, people should get directly involved with the techies who run the show and by that i mean the NIB people. I heard that NIB is unfriendly in many parts of the country, but in Trivandrum they are really willing to help and iron out various issues.

BSNL is good. All you have to do is get some phone numbers of some (ahem) higher grade bsnl staff. That way you'll get good customer service and BSNL's bb schemes are better value for money than most ISPs.
i would suggest tata indicom 384 kbps unlimited connection ... u can get it for low price for one year subscription ... exact prices will depend on where u are from ... check this link Broadband from Tata Indicom: bringing you Prepaid and postpaid Hi Speed broadband internet service, in India. Apply for super fast internet connection now. Get Hi Speed broadband from tata Indicom. Broadband India s way to sucess
It took me three days in Chennai and two days in Bangalore to get the BSNL connection. If there was any issue it was resolved within 2 - 3 working days. My exprience's with BSNL has been very good so far.
On the flip side my sil who took Airtel's unlimited connection is facing a lot of issues and airtel support is not really doing anything about it even after complaining.
You take any service provider, ultimately it boils down to the people who work in that area, if they are not interested then nothing can be done regardless of who the provider is :6:
