Default heavy telephone bill..help

i am from bhagalpur. I had a broadband connection of plan HOME 5oo in the april 2008, last year. but in may i turned it to UL 900 PLAN. but due to the laziness of working and some communication problem n the bsnl office, it was never done. We have the correct papers of changing of the broadband bill. Now after 10 months they have sent a bill of 125000 Rs, which is false.

iF MY BILL IS REVISED FROM THE LAST YEAR MAY WITH HOME 900 UL, the bill will be very low, but the authorities are not doing so.
Please suggest me what should i do.

Also suggest me what would happen if i do not pay the bill. What can they do after cutting my telephone connection.

cAN I JUST TAKE ANY OTHER BROADBAND CONNECTION WITHOUT PAYING

no.. not paying isnt the way out. contact the BSNL nodal officers and take the issue to them. high billing problems are often reported .. you can find many other threads in the broadband sections with the same issue ... do a bit of searching ...

your bill is really very high ..

Hi

If you got all the papers with you then go and meet the head of your exchange/BSNL office and tell him the complete story, look forward for help from him and if you don't find any help of satisfactory solution then you can walk up to consumer court for the same.

If you will not pay the bill then they can send you a notice and after that can go upto the court for the same issue, better idea is to solve it as soon as possible. I suggest you not to pay this amount and if you don't get any solution from BSNL office then consumer court is the right place.

Do u have any acknowledgment from them stating the plan was migrated? If so use it against them.

U need to talk with the accounts officer of your telephone number in the exchange and convince him about BSNL's mistake. He will surely help u out.

Really amazing bill 1,25000 Rs simply i can't believe.I have no doubt that BSNL created a big trap for limited user otherwise they never allow any user of 500 rent user to create such huge bill.
Mate you have to fight( ) against this bill with BSNL otherwise BSNL can take legal action against you ( ) after that you can chose another ISP.
Really this billing issue is the biggest problem of BSNL( Connecting India by )

What........Bill of Rs 1,25,000... this is worst than the case of Leo...
