Default Setting up my own ISP

I'd been looking for resources wanting to set up my own small ISP but due to financial problems had to shelf my plan. My initial idea was to use the existing coax cable used for a cable service my family runs. But owing to the high costs of the CMTS and upgrades to the network I came to realise it was way out of my budget. And I dont have enough resources to lay Cat5E around the market I was looking at. If anyone's interested in starting one around the Delhi/NCR region, I could share my resources and contacts - PM me.

As per my estimates setting up a POP can EASILY be done within 4-5Lacs - including hardware and softwares - based on linux and also the charges for installation.
