Thread: Beetel 450Bx1

I bought a beetel 450Bx1 from my friend. It is printed as beetel 450Bx1 Adsl2 + Router. Please let me know if this is a Modem or a Router because I intended to buy only a Modem.

It all depends on the price you intend to pay.
( also has an antenna)
A combined adsl modem + 4 lanports =+ wifi
will normally cost around rs 3000/=
A similar model from BSNL will cost Rs 1600/=
( usually with one year guarantee)
An adsl modem from BSNL will cost Rs 1000/=

If you have only a desktop and have
no plans to buy a laptop ( to use in wifi mode )
,or use additional desktops,
a plain adsl modem will do.
