Thread: YOU telecom Pune broadband feedback

Hi All,

Please share your experience with YOU telecom (means speed, customer service etc.).

I'm planning to go for their plan UN-650-N (Unlimited 384Kps for Rs 650pm). It seems to be cheapest compare to other ISPes.

You telecom is known to be quite unreliable. They are worse than BSNL when it comes to customer care.

The main problem is that they are cable broadband providers. Their cables are not laid underground but are running on top of buildings and across the streets from poles to trees to buildings, etc. Storms, strong winds, falling tree branches damage their cables sometimes.

Also I have heard that they do have billing issues.

In short, They are cheater and not at all reliable as said by just4kix.
