Rep Power: 0 | Hello Everyone After being a customer for MTNL for more than 3-4 years i want more so need to change. Since MTNL got some service issues & speed issues. Currently I am in Tri Band 1299 Plan with 512Kbps speed unlimited. But i get speed of about 50KBps-55KBps instead of 64 which is rarely achieved. I am a Hardcore User Download or use Network round about 50GBs so i need a good constant connection with good service on affordable cost. Recent launch of plans lead to my mind on change I have two options on my mind Airtel Turbo 1299 since it gives nigh 1mbps & i mostly use at night more over i still cant see utube videos on Mtnl slow speed. Tata Broadband Flash 384 non static they give 1.5Mbps at night & sundays so time is greater then others. I need good CC service & attention in case of failure. What u people suggest as all three are available with me & i have talked with executives of both Tata & Airtel. Although Tata executive says 90Gbs on net terms it has written 70Gbs which is much less then needed for 1.5Mbps. Please Help ME ASAP as i want opt before month 22nd. Thanks Vimal |

Rep Power: 12 | As far as customer service goes it is generally Airtel which scores above other isps so I guess Airtel broadband is the one which you should go for. Tata connections aren't bad but their customer service department employees are "rude" and normally hang up on customers. |

Rep Power: 2 | Don't know where you are located, but I have tried the Tata Broadband service in Bangalore where the last mile is WiMax and Tata's implementation of the service is, to put it mildly, terrible. I was using the Airtel 1499/- (512kbps) which I have upgraded to the 1599/- (1 mbps) and am extremely happy. BTW my monthly usage is about 75-80 Gb... |
