For Rs. 1000/-, BSNL and many others provide a 256 kbps unlimited plan. BSNL charges Rs. 750 + 10.3% Service Tax.

The plan is known as UL750+.

The monthly charge of BSNL UL750+ is Rs.825 (incl tax) for which you get unlimited use @ 256 kbps.
If you are willing to spend Rs.1485 per month then you can have BSNL UL1350+ with unlimited use @ 512 kbps.

no need to spend 1000, take 300KbPS bandwidth plan from Reliance(if Reliance Metro Ethernet available in ur area) for just Rs649 with 150 free local calls so u pay rs 499 for 300KbPS !!,yah BSNL beats reliance in Wire-Line availability but if u crave for constant speeds all day long with low latency with 0 downtime and no exception of slow-down in peak hours then take Reliance otherwise BSNL!!.

I use UL 750 from BSNL. Rs. 750 + tax for 256 Kbps unlimited.

BSNL's are the best provider!!
No guesses..
but one may try airtel too(though i think its very important if you are into gaming seriously)
