    Question Port Forward Problem

My torrent client shows a port forward problem.

I have recently changed my ISP form BSNL to one 'Apple Broadband'. To use the internet I have to 'login' on a specific page. So I am not sure what kind of 'broadband it is' (definitely NOT always on I think). But the d/w speeds are great.

I can't seem to be able to portforward for my torrent client. I properly configured the torrent client (Bitcomet), firewall (Comodo Firewall) and the router (RT-G32). In fact, they worked great when I am using BSNL.

Could it be that my current ISP is blocking ports? Is there a way around?
