Rep Power: 0  |  Recommendations please Hello, I am looking for a DSL provider in India that can offer a service of 1.5Mbps or 2Mbps for both upload and download speeds, unlimited data downloads and unlimited hours. A service provider with an all-India license is preferred. Any suggestions or recommendations are welcome. Thank you, Richard |

Rep Power: 5 | Usually upload speed is slower than download - by about 1/4th in the home plans. I have no idea about the business plans. Maybe for business plans the upload speeds is also high. But I am just guessing. You need to get that info from BSNL - if you can, that is. |
