    Default Recommendations please

    Hello,

I am looking for a DSL provider in India that can offer a service of 1.5Mbps or 2Mbps for both upload and download speeds, unlimited data downloads and unlimited hours.

A service provider with an all-India license is preferred. Any suggestions or recommendations are welcome.

    Thank you,
    Richard

BSNL and Airtel are the best service providers. Reliance comes next.

At Rs. 20K per month (man, you have deep pockets), you can opt for an 8 mbps business plan from BSNL. Check their tariffs: Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd.

Do any of them provide a DSL service that has 1 or 2Mbps for both upload and download or is the download faster than the upload?

Usually upload speed is slower than download - by about 1/4th in the home plans. I have no idea about the business plans. Maybe for business plans the upload speeds is also high. But I am just guessing. You need to get that info from BSNL - if you can, that is.
