Present I'm using BSNL and don't have any problems. As I'm binded to unlimited connections for two years... using a limited connection is something which I can't get along with ... Hope BSNL gives 1 mbps unlimited connection with 1:1 speeds.... I need to have more upload speed than download... is there any such ISP in India ??

was?? it is the best isp atleast for home users.. & ya many ppl said that CC service of bsnl depends on your area.. & it is true.. im using bsnl for last 3.5 yrs & never had any big problems.. whenever i faced some minor problems i called up CC & they politely answered even @ 3am , infact last thursday when i faced no network connection (which got restored within 40-45 mins) bsnl sent its ppl back 2 back 2 days to check whether my connection is ok or not :eek1:

Well I am not that lucky though but I never faced any major problem as I have used home 500 connections in 3 different cities in different states. My download quantity ranges form 100-150GB per month.

it depends on service provided in your area. we have members here who will say BSNL rocks and even other saying BSNL sucks. same is applicable for other ISP. It depends on your area.

But if you ask me value for money then its BSNL followed by Airtel and RIL (for DC++ support)

yeah. even my area has fantastic service when we post any complaint. issue is resolved the very next working day itself. and also we get 3 confirmation calls.

I think the best broadband is BSNL. But it can be turned into better than the best by providing understandable bill. The calculation is out of our understanding. Officials also fail to explain the calculation.

I guess MTNL is fine wid the plans but its customer service sux...
that way I guess Reliance rules the Roost..
but it is on the expensive side
No idea abt BSNL in Mumbai.

At present Airtel gives better plans.
