    Default Regarding BEST ISP.

    Well definitely BSNL .
Works in a sound fashion.Though sometimes we get Error :678 . But thats for a short time.Better than other like Airtel or Reliance ...because when these other providers go down they remain down for days.

I just noticed that you posted this on the BSNL section of the forum. How will any Reliance, Airtel or Sify users know about this.

Well thanks for reminding ...but i responded to the question and not to the users...

    Hey you listed the parameters......

Anyways i had airtel connection, it used to have 1-2 days downtime many a times during a week .Hence i switched to BSNL since then anytime there is a downtime its only for few hours say 1-3 or may be even less than this.

oh....kinda surprising ... I never had problems with Airtel.... I'm missing Airtel in my area now ...

In my view there is one downside to Airtel.... they are not extending their services to new areas at least in areas like Jubilee Hills, Hyd

Present I'm using BSNL and don't have any problems. As I'm binded to unlimited connections for two years... using a limited connection is something which I can't get along with ... Hope BSNL gives 1 mbps unlimited connection with 1:1 speeds.... I need to have more upload speed than download... is there any such ISP in India ??

Well you can be right about that because in some areas these BSNL guys dont know anything .They behave like novices in this area of telecommunication.

But its also not very different with other providers.

    BSNL is the best
i would like to share two experience with customer care.
1.once my friend called (2yrs back) to BSNL CC and the Executive literally abused him he said bh**** ab phone mat karna and put the phone down believe me its a truth (he actually inquired about the reason why Service is down)
2.Last year i called The CC and phone picked up and a lady greeted me informed so politely and answered all my queries i felt delighted.

So to me the BSNL Customer support is greatly improved.

I think BSNL is the cheapest one. But depending upon the speed and consistency i would stick with Airtel.
