Aami jaai ghumao , shubhoratri![]()
it conveyed what u tried to mean, just a lil bit grammatically incorrect.Aami jaai ghumao , shubhoratri
It should have been "Ami jacchi/gelam ghumate , shubhoratri".
Aami/ami = I am
jaai = go
ghumao = (you go to) sleep
shubhoratri = Good Night
whereas it should be, Aami/ami = I am
gelam/Jacchi = am going
ghumate = to sleep![]()
Hmmm
Having never formerly learnt the language i dont know the Grammer
I used my knowledge of Tamil/Hindi Grammer + knowledge of the meaning of Bengali words to put together that sentence .
I guessed that it meant
"I go sleep ,GoodNight" ..... I couldnt remember Jacchi
Grammer is very similar to Tamil/Hindi compared to English....
at least u conveyed what u felt, I couldnt even do that in tamil.
