First time on Indian Television....Yes Ghajini (Tamil) on Sun TV on 14-Jan-2009 @ 6.00 PM

For people who havn't seen the tamil version,this is a very nice oppurtunity.
Dont miss it...Superb acting by Surya (better then Aamir)...Superb music...Superb background score....

I had missed the climax (about 20 mins) when I last (and it was the first time) saw it.

Memento is not completely same as Ghajini...In both the movies. the protagonist suffered from short term memory loss (amnesia)....In memeto the protagonist was the killer of his wife...But in ghajni is the villian...Both had a similar storyline...

And memento runs backwards.

I thought that was not completely clear from the movie.

Memento had a different screenplay...
The one in black & white runs in chronological order & the one in color runs in reverse chronological order...As a result,the viewers are not aware what comes next...When I saw the movie for the first time,I didn't understand anything...Only after seeing several times,I got to know the movie..
It was the protagonist who killed his wife,his wife dies of insulin overdose...

It's been a couple of years since I watched that.
I understood the color/bw timelines no problem.
Just didn't realize his wife died of an overdose.
I got to go and watch it again. I'll give my thoughts after that.

@ farce - You could ask your local dvd story guy...
But I think online stores are the best place...it'lll involve shipping costs but you'll find all you'll ever need.
Besides, the internet is full of these movies right now.

it was not clear who was the actual killer ... the ending was a puzzle ...
