What is the "glowing orb"? I mean how was the picture taken?
Its a photoshop. You background is different and the glowing ball is different, mix and match and then you get a good pic.

Actually, it can be done without photoshop. It is just a long exposure
probably 30 seconds at f16 of f22. The person has one of those
firework things or a bright light and then waves them around.
I have done similar photos but not this much.
