Change in lifestyle is irreversible. It is part of the urbane evolution. Any discussion will be purely academic.

Best is learn to adjust to it and suppliment the senetary lifestyle with sports, excercise, gym, etc. to compensate. You can enjot the occasional pizza/burger or the kebabs/alu-chat - just don't make it a staple diet.

It greatly depends on how the individual react to the change in lifestyle and also how he or she is running her or his life. We are the only ones that can determine our future.

I agree with jhellie_baby, as it all depends on a person lifestyle and also on how they take changes, for some people it affects them greatly but for some its very simple changing with the flow!

I admit that I am not a fan of too much change.

But I suppose it is the desicion of each individaul, only they can decide how the changes will affect them in the future. Change can be a positive thing, but it can also be destructive if you allow it to be.
