How do you manage your hair ?
Do you think The new hair products coming out are good for your hair ?
Just out of curiosity , i started this poll . Vote and also post in ur ideas on this topic pls .


My Method for hair care

Well i use Hair Gels fairly frequently. Dont like to use hair oils or other oil based conditioners ....
Hair sprays for special occasions like parties.....
I use Set Wet products ... as they really keep your hair in place and dry up quickly . This makes sure that hair is nt oily/Sticky ....

I love to take care of my hair. But sad to say that hare care regimens are so costly. I am planning to do stuffs to my hair soon. Maybe a rebond or relax will do.

Well I have voted for hair oil, but the hair oil I use is actually before i wash my hair. I use either olive oil or some good hair oil and massage it into my hair and leave it in for about 2-3 hours then wash my hair.

There are many hair care products in the market so it is difficult to know which product to go for. Generally the hair care products include serums, after wash creams etc.

Because i have curly and dry hair i tend to use a frizz easing hair serum, hair spray when i go out, other wise generally i use the normal stuff like silk and shine which makes the hair smooth and smells good too.

I do try to use less products as possible, lucky for those people who have perfect hair and dont have to do much to their hair.

I change my hairstyle frequently... almost evry 3-4 months... from very-long to long to short-medium to spikey to shaven(once in 2 yrs)... In my college days once I made late entry and the lecturer who was taking class was confused cuz of change in my looks... And everybody was shouting... "New Admission, New Admission"... And one gal even asked me how I take care of my hair when it was very-long... :blushing:

My hair is straight and dense... I just use revlon shampoo-and-conditioners... Besides that its always colored in wotever new colors I see on super-market shelves (except black)... I use gel only when my hair is spikey... else I keep it free-flow and fluffy... No oil for my hairs... Use a little to give my bald head a bit of shine when shaven... That is the period when my hairs regenerate to grow wild again...

I don't care much about hair style. I have never changed hair style in my life. I don't use any hair products (besides shampoo and parachute oil). :biggrin:

Everybody does ! .... That does nt matter ...Some dont use hair oil,gels,sprays etc ..thats what the poll is about

Okay the I vote for Good ol' Hair Oil.

I hve been using Gastby SSSSSSSSSSSSSSSuper hard Gel for past 7-8 yrs with no issues

Gels are only for guys. I wonder how girls would look like if we were to put gels on our hairs.

What makes you think that gel is only for boys. Fact is that its for both girls and boys. It all depends on what product you prefer, what suits your hair and the way you want to style. I think you have some misconception.

If you use gel on your hair, of course it would harden your hair.

So what's the use of conditioners if you would just harden your hair? Don't we always prefer soft hairs?

I use very little product on my hair and I have a problem with a really dry scalp.

I do like to use leave in conditioners which leave the hair really shiny and soft. But thinking about it now, I wonder if hair oil will help out my dry scalp. Do you think it will?

I had read an article that if you shampoo your hair everyday, it will make your scalp dry for it washes away the natural oil.

I'm not sure if hair oil can really help dry scalps.

It does nt make ur hair into candle sticks ! .... it ll still be flexible and wavey ,,, but will hold its position ......

But yeah most girls dont use Gels ... and to the best of my knowledge there are no gels for girls [made for ]

But you got to remember that gels are a styling products, so they are used to style your hair. And it all depends on the hair style you want to create or how you want your hair to be! And above all there are many different types of gels which give a different holding strength so it wont be rock hard!

Yes i also use only hair oil and shampoo and my hair style also nothing special so don't need to take so much care

i dont experiment much with my hair ... only the first optin in the poll applies for me

Amen bro !! Dont want to ruin the straight long hair with which i am blessed with and for which people spend thousands to maintain !!

I don't use shampoo. I use only the good old hair oil.

It keeps my hair nice. I used to use it once or twice in a month. But, now I never use them.

But its odd that men go bald more than women no matter what they apply,really puzzles me
