Recently mine daily routines have been messed up, i currently have no time for the gym, so end up working out at home, but one of the problems i face is i can only exercise in the mornings, and no other time!

Any one else like this or can you exercise any time of the day?

I think any sport is ok to play, i think its one of the best ways to exercise, because you enjoy it and it doesn't feel like exercise!

I hate doing exercise on my own, i think its good to have a friend with you, you get motivation and its more enjoyable! Hats off to those people who love exercising and make it a regular thing in their lives!

Sports is the best way to keep urself fit... I used to play lot of racket games apart from Cricket and Cycling such as Tennis, Squash, T.T., Badminton... Tragedy is that cuz of one of my favorite game(Tennis), I won't be able to play many games now... I guess, I've to start swimming after this winter to keep myself fit... One sport I'll miss dearly is rock/mountain climbing which I used to do with one of my professional friend around Pune!

Racket games like Tennis, Badminton and squash... cuz they exert loads of pressure on ankle... one has to twist and turn a lot while playing them... I'm not sure about cycling too... Have to try it out after sometime...

Maybe after a year or so you can start all the sports you like, just make sure you take regular physio, which will help to strengthen your ankle with time!

Apparently coconut water is very good for bones, so try drinking coconut water everyday.
Another method (something recommended by elders) is to drink hot milk with a little bit of haldi in it and bit of sugar! At first it doesnt taste all that but you get used to it after and its not so bad. This also helps alot!

I thought that was the cure for insomnia. You'll sleep
well if you have that before bedtime.
