    Default For Healthy Eyes!!!!!!

Our life is full of stress. We take care of our face , our skin maybe our entire body to fight the stress but often forget our eyes - the most important and beautiful part of our body. Take a look at the important tips for your eyes:

1.If necessary, use eye drops 3 to 4 times a day to lubricate the eye; however, it is best to consult your ophthalmologist before putting any medicine on the eye.
2.Eat lots of spinach, leeks, blueberries (and fish) because all contain properties known to keep eyes healthy.
3.Use an umbrella or sunglasses to avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight.

try using a cucumber pack for at least 10 minutes daily.
    puree one cucumber.
put two cotton pads in it
    chill it for 30 min
lye down, close you eyes and keep the pads on you eyes

That's good. I find using raw cucumber crounds a bit of a pain when they keep sliding off the eye. This is a much better alternative. I'm going to try it tonight.

I find using cucumber as a treatment for your eyes to be very effective but time consuming. You're just gonna put the sliced cucumber in your eyes for about 10 minutes or so but the preparation time makes it longer at times. I do it but not daily.

Precaution is better than cure. I'll rather find using spects more comfortable than lens if in case ever I get a number

By the way, how much does it usually cost to buy an average eye glasses? I asked because for those of you who have low grade sights, you might want to consider laser eye surgery. Its like resetting the condition of your eyes.

I don't protect my eyes very much in the winter, but in summer i don't get out without sun glasses! My eyes are much more comfortable in the dark than in full sun. Generaly I like the darkness more

I have friends that are born with eye problems, so it's a matter of luck too. One of my chidlhood friends wears glasses sincer he was 3 years old. And about the laser operation, in his case he can remain completely blind, or get 100% cured. So it's risky.

It depends from person to person.

How about some tips for dark circles? Do you also happen to have some?
I can always get a lot of normal sleep and still my dark circles are not vanishing.
It sucks because I'm more handsome without dark circles, he he he.
