My combinations-

Beer- Neat

Whisky- +soda

Vodka- +Breezer(apple)

Rum- +ThumbsUp

Don't ever meantion Neat Beer. There is no such thing.

Neat is something that is associated with hard alcoholic drinks only.

I prefer Whisky on the ice, Vodka with some lemony citrus (clear) soft drink.

As far as Rum is concerned, it depends upon what kind of Rum. Dark rum is best with a cola while white rum is good with Sprite.

My ideal dinner:

2 (or 3) pegs for Scotch on the ice with tikka.
A single course of lean meat with lots of salad with white wine OR some pasta with red wine
A round of cognac at the end.
If a cigar is available, that would be great.

well i ve neva heard thing like beer to be mixed up..... beer is always by itself if i m not wrong....

ummm whisky - wid ice - on the rocks or with thums up.

vodka - i ve loved vodka by itself to wid lots of different flavours..... normal original vodka goes with fresh orange juice or watermelon juice....

green apple vodka - with guava juice or sprite

citrus vodka - def. fruit juices

Dark Rum - with thums up only.
(neva had white rum)

Wines - love both red & white ones.... specially when on dates ..... or spending some time wid ur loved ones.....

oh damn white rum means ....bacardi right??? - ve neva liked it....i ve always had a major high on one drink of bacardi

A good friend of mine has his beer with soda and other flavoured drinks, basically to get rid of the smell... I laugh and mock that person everytime he does that.. So i was being specific..

@Naren, Beer is not given any adjective other than "Chilled", "Warm" or "flat"

Otherwise just call it beer.

Chilled Milk With Rooh-afza
If we talk about pub then the best mix i can think is 30ml Dark Rum in 120ml Coke with 3-4 ice cubes.
Second Place goes to Vodka lime mix: 30ml Vodka in 120ml sprite/dew with lime and salt rubbed on rim of glass

^why exactly do you use salt? :?

salt pinch is used just to add some tickling flavour on your lips which gives you a nice touch of lime and vodka mix

I thought it is used to stimulate the taste buds.. Anyway thanx 4 discussing your choice.. 'll definitely try
