    Default Mehndi Designs For Hands

Well the festive season is coming with Navratri started, Karva Chauth the big and popular festival for married women and then Diwali! In in these occasion especially karva chauth mehndi is applied on the hands and its very popular!

On the days of karva chauth all mehndi people who apply it are fully booked and busy with applying mehndi on women. Even the rates increase and a normal cost of mehndi on one hand which normally costs Rs30-Rs40 comes to Rs100 per hand on the day of karva chauth and some even raise it higher!

But whatever the cost maybe you have to admit how beautiful the designs are and the talent of those people who apply it. Surprisingly its become for more popular for men to apply mehndi who sit on those small stool in the market and they actually are cheaper then parlous and women who apply it!

Here are some designs! Boys appreciate it!

Very beautiful and intricate patters. I am sure a professional must be charging Rs. 25K per hour for this.

    RS 25K ???????

J4K this is normally done within 20mins on both hands. The men who are in bazaar's who sit on the stools are really fast and pro's at this!

Yes i know what your talking about, its normally women from parlors and salons who do the mehndi for brides, and they do charge a lot as compared to the men who apply it in the bazaar's. And those women take slightly longer too!

There are different kinds of mehndi designs too, such as bridal, arabic, and the normal designs! Bridal is much more finely done, with care and with detail, of course because of the big day!

You know I really don't like them. I don't know why but I really love seeing my hands clean without those designs. I tried having one once. It was cool but didn't like it for long specially since I couldn't enjoy eating using my hands. Ha ha ha.

So you applied mehendi to your hands? Did you forget to wash off the excess henna the next day or for days later?

Well its always best to eat before having the mehndi applied, and leave it on while you sleep, so it can be washed when you wake up! If you had such a problem you could have just washed it off, but then there would not be a dark color and it would be quite faint! Your hands are clean when the dry mehndi is washed off...

@ farce - waiting for your designs!

I think everyone likes the second one because the design fills the hand up more, and also because the mehndi has dried up and looks better and the image is more clearer! I also think that black mehndi has been used in that image, although not quite sure!
