    Default Chicken

How do you want chicken to be cooked? If you ask me, I want it to be roasted. Hmmm...so yummy.

Chicken has been my favorite food since I was a kid.

I would like chicken being roasted with rice.Especially in a traditional briyani flavor. It will just melt in to the mouth.

The don't write in this thread! Duh!

I think chicken is good to taste whether roasted, grilled, fried or cooked in a gravy.

Every method of cooking gives the chicken a different taste and texture and also the food which it is eaten with. For example chicken curry with rice, roasted chicken with roast potatoes, boiled veg, grilled chicken with some kind of sauce and grilled vegetables.

One of my favorites is chicken biriyani, which i can eat everyday.

Just melt in the mouth? You mean no need to chew?

Well, roasted chicken is the best way to cook it.

I can prepare the Tandoori Chicken but I don't have a tandoor. In the oven, it does not taste the same.

I prefer my chicken cooked and served with a pan sauce or gravy over rice. Yum.

It is the best way to cook it because there is no extra fat and its healthy way of cooking it, but on the other hand it can be a bit bland to east on its own, where as chicken in biriyani or chicken curry is full of flavours.
One of the many things which people do not know is that a chicken curry doesn't always have to taste the same it can taste different in many ways, it all depends on the spices you use, the way you cook it and what extras you use in the dish.

butter chick is also nice, but i think this is a dish which varies a lot from restaurant to restaurant, as some places make it really disgusting, but some places make it quite nice. Its why i have stopped ordering butter chicken from any new places, unless i know of a restaurant who's food is overall good.

Yeh Delhi is a good place to have butter chicken, but being in Delhi i have found a very few places which serve good butter chicken.

I have a local outlet here who deliver and i have to say everything single dish of theirs is superb, and its rare for every dish to be good. Whether you order mix veg, chicken tikka, chowmein, shahi paneer the dishes will all be superb and mouthwatering!

So it does depend on the restaurant a lot, what their dishes are like, although some places only serve good veg dishes and some serve only good non veg dishes.

Shifting to Chandigarh is more like a heaven to me,atleast in terms of food..almost every day we are eating out..i have tried aloads of local counters like Oven frest, Nik Bakers, Khalsa etc. Few dishes which I have tried were new for me like I had Pasta @ Oven Fresh, I can't spell the full name of that Pasta dish coz it was in Italian I think and I dont remember it and then for the first time in my life I had Bar-be-que, it was amazing...still searching for that paani puri wala in sec 17

i know this may be offtopic but i just have one question to all chicken lovers here

why do you people like to kill someone for your taste only, do you really think it is human behaviour to kill someone and eat
