like Manish said that it may be called something else in different places in India (like gol guppas are also called pani puris), but anyway next time i eat them will take a photo!

You can still call them French fries even if you bake them ;-)

apart from tht......these fries r already fried n than frozen....so even if u dont fry em again still thy wud b french fries only!

i like a bit of oil in my food (some oil is also needed by the body), what matters is the choice of oils.

yea till the time its in limits its fine.......

but obviously when u r deep frying its mre.....

and i do not deep fry it... i also drain the excess oil... it hardly even comes on my fingers so i don't think thats a bad amount.
