    Default Baked Beans

Baked beans are commonly eaten in UK, Canada, USA and other countries, and you now get them in India too. Its a packed tin which has beans in it in tomato sauce. As us Indians are used to masala types and flavored food some may find this very bland. But its good to eat them with toast, eggs, French fries too.

But if you are someone who wants that Indian touch and spice to them i have the perfect recipe and believe me you will want to eat them everyday when you try this recipe out.

Get a tin of baked beans
    Medium sized onion, chopped small
    Fresh ginger grated
Chilles either chopped small by hand or in a blender
    Butter, 2 large spoons
    Salt
    Garam Masala
    Coriander for garnishing

Get a pan and put the butter in, keep it on low heat until it melts a bit (it doesn't have to all melt).
Add the chopped onions and cook them until they turn golden brown
Then add the ginger and cook until both onions and ginger have been cooked (a way of seeing if onions have cooked is when the oil or butter starts coming out of the onions, you need to watch closely to notice this)
Once onions and ginger are done, add the beans to the pan and mix well and keep on a low flame.
Now add one small spoon of salt and half a spoon of garam masala along with the chopped chillies.
Don't over cook the beans but they taste better when their is less sauce but do make sure there is some sauce in them.
    Now add chopped coriander.

Your beans are ready, which you can eat with home made French fries!

If your someone who doesn't like French fries or you want something quick, then you can also have beans poured over toast.

Simply get bread and toast it, put some butter on it, you can then add some cheese if you want, then pour over hot beans and enjoy.

Another option is by boiling a potato and put a cut in the middle but not all the way through, add butter in the middle, and some cheese if you like, and then put beans in the middle of the potato as a filling. On top of the beans you can also add salad which consists of cucumber, tomato, onions, carrots which are cut into very small pieces.

Hope you guys will try this out and let me know how you liked it!
