Hey you guys dont ever miss your breakfast as it is very important!!
It should comprise of a mixture of good healthy fruits and veggies and trie to add some fibre in your breakfast like porridge or oats
BUT
No breakfast can beat this.................... its highly nutritious and is digested only to the people who are strong enough to handle it!!!
