Switch to low fat / low salt butter.

I daily eat 3 parantha's(potato)made with Ghee with 300grams of curd in breakfast.
My Breakfast is still the same
bit heavy
2 chapatis, rice, dal, veg and some curd
and after reaching office a nice coffee with lots of cream![]()
Seems like a new diet thread will be started in few days... lol
I've left my favorite ghee, reduced potato and rice intake... maybe twice in a week...
Climb and come down 3 storeys atleast 6-7 times in a day... Though I've not lost much weight (only 2 KGs)... People who are seeing me after 3-4 months are telling that I've become slimmer and my face is looking better...
My breakfast is any vegetable with three phulkas/rotis/chapatis...Sometimes there is daal too...

My breakfast changes everyday from chapatis to Upma, from Idly to Dosa. Normally during Friday, sat & sun I prefer to have Idly & dosa.
These days my breakfast is oatmeal.

I like having some fruits and some oats with soy milk, maybe some nuts in it (hot)...
I ordered a mixer to have it all together
On week-ends breakfast gets almost lunch, some fruits and right afterwards a meal.
No breakfast for me ......jus milk

my breakfast meal differs everyday. It depends if I was able to wake up early and was able to cook some food. But the usual breakfast we have is fried rice and egg, and an additional like hotdog or ham or bacon. But this morning our breakfast was champorado and pancit canton.
Ive kind of started to skip breakfast and just have tea then make a brunch! Which can consist of anything really from sandwiches, toast, rice and curry etc!
But I saw the honeynut loops in the shops the other day and think should start eating those at least in the morning!
Skipping breakfast is the surest way to gain weight.
yeh i know that J4K, but recently breakfast has been just off putting or actually being too lazy to make something when i get up!
I eat the same breakfast everyday: Corn flakes from Kellogs whith milk.
and i drink orange juice.
