bread/butter,tea and sweets and sometimes nothing
but vibes amazing list i think you have to change your food habit actually you don't eat anything in a day friend eat some dry food at least otherwise we will fill some serious trouble in future
hmmmm loooks like u dont ve time to eat properly....its due to tht....or else....if ur daily eating habits r so....thn i m shocked tht how r u surviving....!
btw smoothie how many days r u usually awake on breakfast time?
i suppose we assume breakfast is always early in morning, well it is, because that's the normal time people wake up and the first thing they have is breakfast. But for people like smoothy who are on night shifts and sometimes me, well breakfast is when we wake up too, which is anytime in the afternoon!
My Fav breakfast is Misal Pav somtimes. But generally, i eat poha and Bread+Omlete. There are lot other food i like to eat. But only breakfast is asked here. :sad:
I normally have 500 gm dahi as breakfast.

my breakfast includes
a banana
oatmeal
and a glass of juice..
this was suggeste to me by me gym instructor.
I've recently added a glass of carrot juice to my breakfast daily.
Apart from the health benefits, it helps me avoid tea & coffee.
The rest is anything random that my mom prepares...nothing fixed.
recently i have also been advised to take green tea.it has lots of anti-oxidants and is supposed to slow down ageing.i am skeptical though..
ugh yogurt for breakfast????? tht is sumthing neva heard off......

lol...she doesnt allow me to be in her kitchen....shez a lil extra particular....about keepin it spick n span......i to make a lil mess but than clean it up....for her its like first learn how to keep it soo n than cook.....!!!!
but i love to cook when shez not arnd....n sundays when everyones in a mood to eat a lil different.....beti ke haath ka bana hua.....

Since I get up early every morning,I take a heavy breakfast which comprises of Amla(Indian gooseberries),a glass of milk/cuppa and vegetables with chapattis.I like eating cheese sandwiches and those greasy paranthas typical of North India, occasionally.Have a simple philosophy:-
Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a Prince and dinner like a pauper.
do you have amla's just on their own, dont they taste sour!
