    Default Breakfast Food

Everyone has different things for breakfast, some keep it the same, some have a different variety during the week.
What do you have for breakfast, post what you have whether you have the same breakfast everyday or different breakfasts each day!

My breakfast is different everyday, sometimes i have cornflakes, sometimes i have dhaliya (oats), sometimes methi pranthas and sometimes toast with jam! Along with some tea afterwards!

    Hmmmm .....

I am the kind of guy who does everything in reverse . They say You should Eat like a king in the morning , Like a queen in the Afternoon and like a beggar at night .
And predictable I do exactly the reverse [Maybe due to my work schedule] .....

I also skip Breakfasts many time [i know its very bad for health ] but sometimes its unavoidable
I am sure i have company here

    Well anyways

    I have

    Kellog's Cornflakes , Chocos , Froot Loops , Smacks , Oat Bytes
    or
    Quaker Oats
    or
    Egg Noodles
    or
    Sandwich
    +
    Juice or Milk

    at home

If i have some time i just eat at restaurants on my way to work where i have the conventional Indian Breakfast like Chapatis,Dosas, Idlies etc etc

If i am really tight then i rely on pizzeria's prompt delivery to rescue me from being Doomed to work on a hungry stomach
[But i do that quiet frequently too ]

I too skip breakfast quite frequently.

I have tea or coffee every morning though.

then maybe cereal, waffles or a couple of slices of bread and egg.
Or if there is dosa batter in the fridge I make a couple of dosas and eat ;-)

    Try Kellog's Oat Bytes

It tastes 10 times better than conventional oats ... and all you need to do is soak it up a bit in hot milk

Due to my shift timing in office, i got unique timings, I use to have my breakfast around 12; lunch around 4-5 pm and dinner 10 pm. I know its not good for my health, but what to do.

Ok back on topic. I am not a fitness freak. Almost everyday I have Paranthas no matter Raddish parantha/aalo parantha/ onion parantha/ cauliflower parantha with aload of butter + milk or tea, guys don't make me starve.

okay there are some expectional days, when I have sandwich or egg made stuffs like omellette or half boiled eggs etc

But mainly I live on Raddish Paranthas

Stop all those parathas. Replace them with fruits such as Water Melon, Papaya, etc.

Ok will try that next time! I actually boil the milk and let the oats cook in the milk itself, as they then become more soft, i also tried just heating the milk and putting the oats in but didnt quite like them like that.
Quaker Oats taste real good with some strawberry jam in it!

sometimes the simple toast and jam always does good too!

And yes breakfast is the most important meal of the day like Eddy said, and apparently it doesn't matter how heavy it is, as it gets burned off throughout the day and fuels your body and keeps your alert in the day!
