    Default Paneer Pakora

Many people like paneer, and it tastes as good ine very dish, but one paneer dish which you guys will love is paneer pakora and that too with a difference!

For the paneer pakoras you need:

Paneer (according to how many pakoras you want to make)
Besan (according to the number of pakoras)
    Salt
    Black pepper
    Kasuri Methi (dried methi leaves)
    Chilli powder
    Garam Masala

    For Filling: 5 cloves garlic
    small bunch of corriander
    1 lime
    3 chillies

    Oil for frying

First you need to make the batter, which consists of the besan, salt, chilli power, garam masala, black pepper and kasuri methi, mix a small tea spoon of these into the besan, and then slowly add water and mix. You want a batter which will coat the paneer properly, so make sure its not too thick and defiantly not too thin! Leave this aside!

Now to make the filling, get garlic, coriander, chillies and put them in a food processor to blend it all together (it can be as fine as you want)! Now take this out and add salt to taste and lime and mix well together.

Heat the oil in a frying pan

Now cut the paneer into cubes or how ever you want! make a cut in between the paneer pieces but not all the way through. Now will the cuts with the filling made.

Now mix the besan batter once more and start dipping the paneer pieces in the batter and the putting them in the oil to be cooked. Make sure that the paneer is covered all around with the batter. Cook in the oil until golden brown (if your batter is too thick then you may need to cook for more)

Voila you have your paneer pakoras!

yeh frying is quite fattening and bad for health, but that's pakoras for you the only way to be made properly!

yes it is unhealthy food, but you cant really say its that unhealthy, and its something which is eaten once in a while, unless you have it everyday!

    a little variation,

Add a little khus-khus and suji with the batter before frying. it enhances the crispness
