Yes AG, like you I too love sandwiches. My favourite are chicken sandwiches, cheese sandwiches, sandwiches with a thick layer of amul butter (which I can no longer eat because of my girth) tuna sandwiches and cucumber sandwiches.

Believe me when I tell you home made sandwichs are incomparably more tasty. Try and add the gratings from an orange peel (grate only the orange surface of the orange peel very lightly ) to the mix you are going to put in the sandwich for the exoitic tangy taste.

Tuna sandwich is one thing I could never eat. Tuna fish has too strong a smell. I prefer Prawn sandwiches.

Has any one tried Oregano to sandwiches? Try it, it will give your sandwich a whole new taste. Try it with a simple bread and butter or cheese sandwich.

I like grilled vegetable sandwitches with cheese.

But I miss cold cut sandwitches sold at St. Michaels food outlets in Marks & Spencers. My favourites were:
    • Cheese and Pickle
    • Cheese Coleslaw
    • Water Cress and Egg

Yummmmm, coleslaw sandwich is good, and with cheese its good too!

I also like have a chips and french fries sandwich too! But you need to have homemade french fries (thickly cut ones), with butter bread and ketchup on the fries.....ultimate!
You can add any flavored chips, but cheese flavored ones are good, but them between buttered breads and have a nice crunchy sandwich! You can add coleslaw to the chips sandwich too!
