I love sandwiches also. It would be a good meal when I am in a hurry. One of my favorite sandwich is Ham and egg with cheese sandwiches. I makes me full and satisfied.
New sandwich i made the other day, totally fresh bread with some butter on both sides, in that add cucumber, tomatoes and onions and then add some salt and pepper, and some salted chips! Fresh and crunchy sandwich!

Why, butter is generally put on breads! Bread and butter quite common!![]()
Butter on both sides of bread? I am sure that you didn't mean what I think you mean.
no no i meant two slices of bread and butter on each side!![]()
spreading butter on sandwiches is maybe an Indian thing.
In US they put butter on dinner rolls, sandwiches usually
have cheese instead of butter.

p.s Is that you in your AV?
Well its not really an Indian thing, as when I went abroad butter is used in sandwiches then the cheese (as in hard cheese) is added with salad and whatever! What made you think its an Indian thing?
Yes its me, Im not the one to use fake images for my profile, I mean whats the point!![]()
I came to that logical conclusion based on my personal observations ;-)
In India I have had sanwiches where they spread butter on the bread
and maybe jam also.
Outside India, I haven't eaten any sandwich with butter spread on the
bread. (It's Mayo, mustard and cheese; or peanut butter and jelly)

maybe the point is that my face may not be as pretty as yours;-)
What do you mean by 'oh yes', didnt quite get it??
Well a poll, everyone has different preferences to looks and all!!
Coming back to topic of sandwiches, well whats been the weirdest one you have tasted?
I wouldn't call this experience as wierd.
But I had never tasted cold cut sandwiches before I went abroad. So my first experience of a cold cut sandwich (ham) was a bit ... ummm ... odd.
I know what you mean! Its natural that us Indians always have food which is hot and do not have cold things or even cold meat! But its common in countries outside India!
My first time was when I started working at the airport, and I actually prefer cold sandwiches now!![]()
My favorite sandwich of all time has to be tuna and mayo with grated cheese and coleslaw. I used to get one of these almost every day from a local sandwich shop.
