How do you onpen that file. I downloaded it but I`m not able to open the book

it is pdf file. u must have pdf reader software like adobe reader, foxit reader etc......

Actually i like Indian food to night & day for some reason I have not eat rice.Without bhat(rice) I have faced problem to eat in lunch(because i like rice very much and also I fish ).

well being a north eastern by birth even i love rice roti isnt my fav

I don't know how they cook it. I only know three things to cook roti , paratha ,puri & rice. But don't cook anything as mamma is there.
