McDonald's breakfast is not a rage in US also. Chains such as Denny's or I-Hop are more popular.

Subway and Mcdonalds is a big no no for me. I don't think McDonald is healthy at all.

Yeah, I don't think either subway or mcdonald's are healthy. i would think that subway is slightly healthier, but why not just go to the grocery store/market and get fruit, bread, and tea? you can eat healthy for relatively cheap.

I love eating breakfast at Mcdonald's that is if I have extra money. I especially like their hash brown, I like eating it and dipping it in ketchup. I also like egg mcmuffin and a hot choco to go with that.

Once a week visit to McD is OK and not going to destroy you.

But one can go and lunch at Subway everyday also. It may bore the hell out of you but your constitution or body composition will not be hurt badly (provided tha you stay away from meatballs every day). I highly recommend the Veggie Delite at Subway - add mustard, black olives and sprinkle with olive oil, salt and pepper.
