Rep Power: 8 | Its summer season and the season of mangos. The mango mania is everywhere this time of the year, well starting from mid April till you can say end of August you find many different types of mangos, which are all loved by everyone. How many of you love mangos? And the most important question what kind of things do you make out of mangos? I have made mango shake, and nothing else, but I was going to make something from milk and water and freezing it then putting mango puree in it, but didnt get round of doing it!!!! |

Rep Power: 8 | mangoes...yummm.... i used to b crazy to eat mangoes every summer but since past two years i vent liked it much......i used to eat alphonso's every single day .....i ve some family frens who eat RAS ( made from mangoes & chapati ) every single day.... from raw mangoes can make various types of sweet pickles n spicy pickles. also raw mangoes (cut in to small cubes or grated) + onions (chopped or grated) + some jaggery or sugar (as per taste) + red chilli powder + corriander powder (as per ur taste) is like we almost eat every day....(helps from not getting dehydrated in direct sunlight) Aam Pappad - made from mango juice (RAS) by keeping it under the sunlight for some 2-3 days..... the one u get in market r too sweet n has lot of sugar in it.... Aam Panna - i guess most of us know. Mango Cheese Cake - dont ask me the recipe but a fren of mine jus makes it .....i jus try to ve half a piece every week. Mango pieces with vanilla icecream

Rep Power: 8 | yea the mangoes from navsari's r supposedly one of the best ones...... my dad's fren sends us every year almost 9-10 bags full of alphonsoes ...since thy have mango trees there...... should see the way the mangoes grow n the branches due to the weight of mangoes almost come to the ground level.....n its fun to eat these straight from the trees..... |
