Ingredients:

2 cups Dates (Khajur)
1 cup jaggery (Gur), grated
1/4 cup Tamarind (Imli)
1 Tsp Chili powder
A pinch of Hing
Salt to taste

Method:

- Take out the seeds of Imli & khajur, wash them properly & place them in a pan.

- Add 4 cup water to these, gur, salt, chili powder, salt & a pinch of hing.

- Boil for about 30 minutes. Now remove it from stove & mix properly with a spoon.

- Allow it to cool & then store in refrigerator.

- Serve with Parathas, Corn Kebabs (Corn Kebab Recipe) or mix with Chat for added flavour.
