Tomatos Rs100 per kilo Today my mum brought some tomatoes and she shocked me (not that she was not shocked) when she told me the price.........they were Rs100 per kilo......The max she told me was Rs50 per kilo, normally you get tomatos for Rs20-Rs30 a kilo its more than double now.
Not that any guys would know the rate of tomatos in there area, but thought I would ask, do you know what rate your gettings tomoatoes at? (ask your wives or mothers)

THE REASON FOR THAT IS FLOODS AND THE MAJOR DESTRUCTION IN U'KHAND... EVEN IN DELHI THE PRICES OF MANY VEGETABLES HAVE ROSE..

Desire is the cause of suffering in Life.
Its not because of the floods its because these tomatoes have been ripened, and now a new harvest is in the process. And tomatoes come from other areas, and therefore if a product comes from another state the charges are going to be higher aswell.
The high price of veg is in all of Delhi......confirmed by watching news this morning.
