Green tea is what helps you to slim down, it doesn't taste very good though, although many people like it.

and what do you thing about coffee, i like tea but i make it in a very different manner, there are 3 types of tea which i like to have (sometimes only)

1. Road Side Chaai

2. This is the one i make at home, boil a cup of water with tea, elyichi and chaai masala then after boiling it add one cube of sugar and have it

3. The other tea which i like is lemon tea, very simple to make
just boil a cup of water and then put lemon tea bag in cup for 3 mins... dip dip dip
add sugar half spoon (if needed)
its ready
