Thread: need graphics card

hi friends,i am going to buy my first graphic card and my system specs are:

asus p5rd1-vm(with PCIe x16 slot),450 watt frontec psu,17'' monotor,P4-ht 3.06 ghz,2 gb ddr ram

i have selected HD4670 as it consumes lesser power(some says higher cards could blow my psu or mobo..........is this one ok?? )

,budget is around 4-5k.
can it be ok with Frontec psu,as i don't want to spend on new psu as this one i have bought 2 months ago..

so plz help me deciding
